
i've been requesting my wife for quite some time about us having a
lechon kawali for dinner and so i bought a slab of pork liempo (
pork belly) at chinatown and she came up with this oven roasted recipe instead of the traditional deep-frying it in a kawali.

I'm very impressed with the outcome of her efforts, it has a very crispy skin , crunchy outside and still juicy meat on the inside. It was very yummy!!! ;-)

My son Ardie, he loves the crispy skin :-)

We paired it with the
Pinakbet (Tagalog version) it's delicious
